The 9 year old grey Holsteiner stallion Eurocommerce Singapore(Acorado X Cantus) died on Tuesday after his castration.

The stallion fell upon awakening from anesthesia and so badly injured himself that the veterinarian had to euthanize him.

Eurocommerce Singapore made his appearance on the international scene with Dutch rider Gerco Schröder. Singapore had been approved for 5 years for breeding by the GMB Stallion Competition and the abbreviated performance test(KWPN). From his first crop of progeny, were three stallions that made it to the second round, on Wednesday took place in 's-Hertogenbosch. Two sons are through to the third round and one of them (cat.no. 248, mv.Darnels) will be auctioned Saturday in the KWPN Select Sale.
